In the recent days of my being here I have felt as though nothing was positive in the world. Well I stand here corrected! There are good things to be seen and done during these hard times. One example would be that the idiot in charge of FEMA has resigned from his post. It's a good start but we are still waiting for the King of Idiocy to be impeeched. Gas prices don't concern me because I do not own a vehicle nor am I allowed to drive, though I send my condolences to those who have to pay such a momentous fee to do what you need to do to maintain a regular lifestyle. If the president would allow us to use gas from the federal reserve no one would have to pay that much for it. The refugees from the hurricane also have my condolences given that they have lost everything and that the government took so much time to react to their crisis. I do however request that those who have been in the flood water go to a doctor immidiately, even if you've seldom seen one in the past and do not have money for treatment. The government is responsible for your pain now and should pay for every one of the hurricane victims to see a doctor and psychiatrist. New Orleans is not going to recover from this, the flood water might be pumped out but the diseases will remain for a very long time. Pray for peace and hope in these times and do not be fooled when all seems well.
